Craig Coughlin
Chief Executive Officer
Craig joined LUXXE in 2015 with a clear vision of where he wanted to take LUXXE to; so much so that in 2017 he executed a management buyout and purchased the business from the Beddison Group. He manages all aspects of business development and provides support to the operational leadership team from our Melbourne office. Having graduated dux from the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, and worked as a hospitality professional since 1990, Craig brings with him a wealth of knowledge from the hotel and outsourcing industries.
Some of the leading hotel chains that Craig has worked for include SPHC, ACCOR Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, Rydges Hotels & Resorts and TFE Hotels.
With a successful career across both operations and business development, Craig is focused on providing exceptional service delivery to clients while growing the business through flexible outsourced solutions.
Aurora Perez
General Manager NSW
Aurora was part of the LUXXE team when we commenced our first hotel contract in 2015 and has been involved with the opening of two new Sydney hotels over the years. She now rejoins the LUXXE team in 2019 due to continued growth of the business within the Sydney region and with her background in Customer Service and Housekeeping Operations will be a great support to our management team and staff.
The key focus for Aurora will be in managing our “Balanced Approach” to our business model in which four key deliverables are given constant focus – Employee Engagement, Client Satisfaction, Financial Performance and Quality.
Bivek Poudyal
General Manager VIC / SA / WA
Bivek Poudyal joined LUXXE in 2018 as the Housekeeping Manager at Eatons Hill Hotel in QLD bringing with him numerous years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Currently, the General Manager for LUXXE across ACT, VIC, SA, and WA, where he specialises in establishing new business operations, building strong client relationships, and supporting Operations managers and Executive housekeepers to deliver consistent service excellence.
Bivek commenced his career as a Housekeeping Room Attendant in 2012, moving through the ranks and experiencing a vast number of roles within both housekeeping and more broadly in hotels as a House Attendant, Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager, State Training Manager and Multi Site Manager and have experience working with 40+ hotels.
In his current role, Bivek is committed to mentoring and empowering LUXXE’s management teams, ensuring that both client expectations and company standards are consistently met across the southern states.
Leanne Dippelsman
General Manager QLD / ACT
Leanne brings over 20 years of experience across major hotel brands, with a strong background in housekeeping operations and brand standards. She has worked closely with a range of leading hotel groups, delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes tailored to each property.
With a practical, hands-on approach, Leanne focuses on building strong relationships with clients and supporting her teams to achieve operational excellence. Her leadership ensures effective team performance and a high standard of service delivery across all sites.
Leanne is passionate about hospitality and is committed to driving results that meet and exceed client expectations.
Puja Shrestha
Operations Manager VIC
Puja has been in the hotel industry since 2009 working with some of the hotel giants such as Marriott and ACCOR. She joined LUXXE in 2022 to head up our operations across Victoria and to provide guidance and support to our team members. With a very strong housekeeping background and focus on operational excellence, Puja believes that upskilling her management team is critical to the ongoing success of the business and for the personal development of our team members.
Hospitality is her passion; Puja understands what our clients are looking for and how to best deliver an outcome to exceed their expectations.
Sarah Hocking
Operations Manager WA
Having spent over 22 years in the world of outsourced housekeeping across numerous hotel chains, Sarah’s vast experience has put her in good stead to be a true mentor to our up and coming Executive Housekeepers.
Her knowledge of safe work practices and efficient operations mean that she gets the most from her teams whilst ensuring their safety within a highly productive workforce.
Donna Musarella
People & Culture Manager
Donna is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry; skilled in Human Resources, Recruitment, Budgeting, Hospitality Management , mentoring and Coaching.
Donna has over 20 years of outsourced housekeeping management experience and is also a lecturer of hospitality for the past 15 years to Hospitality students.
Donna has joined the team at LUXXE to champion the company’s efforts to attract, train, and keep the best employees. Her focus is on designing and implementing programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment, and succession planning.
Nadine Coughlin
Safety & Compliance Manager
Nadine joined LUXXE in 2017 to manage all aspects of people management and compliance in relation to payroll, recruitment and workplace health and safety. With seven years experience working for Goodlife Healthclubs as the Victorian Workplace Health & Safety Representative, Nadine has a strong background in developing safe work methods and in ensuring LUXXE employees health and safety is paramount for the business.
Prior to this Nadine worked for many years in some of Australia’s iconic hotels including Crown Towers Melbourne, Sheraton Southbank (now The Langham Melbourne) and Radisson Resorts of Port Douglas which has given her a very strong foundation in Rooms Division management.
Now, Nadine’s key focus areas is to add value to our clients and give them the piece of mind that LUXXE is compliant across all aspects of workplace health and safety.
Donna Joy
Finance Manager
Leveraging a long career in business administration, with experience in accounting, system support, project implementation and Quality Assurance roles Donna learned that service and listening are key qualities in any successful business.
Donna oversees accounts payable, account receivables, workers compensation premiums, insurances and financial reporting and budgeting for LUXXE.
Liz Nolan
National Payroll Manager
Liz has vast experience working across a broad spectrum of industries as a payroll specialist. Her knowledge of the Hospitality Industry General Award and National Employment Standards ensure that the business is compliant with all facets of payroll processing, Award interpretation and Fair Work updates.
Liz’s skills and attention to detail ensure that our 1,000 employees are paid accurately and on time.
Riley Coughlin
Finance & IT Coordinator
Riley joined LUXXE in 2017 as a Houseman, quickly showcasing his keen eye for detail and natural problem-solving abilities. His dedication and adaptability saw him rise through the ranks, and after completing his tertiary education, Riley transitioned into the role of Finance & IT Coordinator.
In this role, Riley plays a pivotal part in overseeing LUXXE’s financial operations and IT systems. Known for his ability to streamline processes, he ensures day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively. Riley’s commitment to precision and innovation contributes significantly to LUXXE’s ability to deliver seamless services to its clients and partners
Katie Haskett
Recruitment Coordinator
Katie’s role is to focus largely on recruitment and onboarding of new employees in to our business and to ensure visa’s, VEVO checks and paperwork are all compliant.

Bayarmaa Urtnasan
Workplace Health & Safety Officer – Northern Region
Bayarmaa joined LUXXE in 2022, bringing over 15 years of diverse hospitality experience from well-known hotels in Manchester, UK, and Sydney, Australia. Her academic background in Accounting and Human Resources Management, earned in the UK, has equipped her with a robust foundation in leadership and organisational management.
As a Workplace Health and Safety Officer, Bayarmaa is dedicated to fostering a safer, more supportive workplace environment. Her approach focuses on understanding the unique challenges faced by her colleagues and providing tailored support. She actively promotes open communication through regular meetings and workshops, encouraging team members to share their experiences and contribute ideas to enhance workplace safety.
Through her leadership, Bayarmaa strives to create an atmosphere where every team member feels valued and empowered to drive positive change, ensuring LUXXE remains a safe and thriving place to work.
Yalin Tanyol
Workplace Health & Safety Officer – Southern Region
Yalin joined LUXXE in September 2024, bringing with him decades of expertise in hospitality and a proven commitment to health and safety. His career journey began in Turkiye, where he studied Hotel Management and gained experience in various hotel roles during his summer breaks.
Yalin’s professional journey includes Sheraton Towers Southgate (now Langham Hotel), where he worked in housekeeping and butlering. In 1997, he joined Crown Towers Hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor during its pre-opening and progressed to roles such as Assistant Housekeeper and Laundry Manager. His dedication to workplace safety led to his recognition as “Crown Safe Champion” multiple times and his role as H&S Chairperson and Chemical Responsible Person.
In his final role at Crown, Yalin served as Operations and Quality Assurance Manager, contributing to the hotel’s Five Star Forbes rating. At LUXXE, Yalin leverages his extensive experience to create a safe and efficient working environment, ensuring team members are supported and empowered to deliver excellence every day.
Cynthia Dennett
New South Wales Operations Manager
Cynthia joined LUXXE in October 2018 and brings extensive experience across hotel operations and housekeeping leadership. She was appointed New South Wales Operations Manager in January 2025, where she leads with a strong focus on consistency, standards, and team development.
Before stepping into her current role, Cynthia served as Executive Housekeeper at PARKROYAL Parramatta from 2016 to 2024, delivering high operational performance and trusted leadership. Her earlier experience includes senior housekeeping roles at Hilton Sydney, as well as supervisory and attendant roles at Rydges Capitol Square. Cynthia began her career in finance at the Bank of China in Xiamen, progressing from teller to asset manager.
She holds a Bachelor of Finance from Xiamen University and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Wollongong, supporting her structured and insightful approach to operational management.
Cynthia has received consistent industry recognition, including LUXXE Housekeeping Manager of the Year in 2023 and multiple finalist nominations across the HM, TAA, and AA Awards.
Her commitment to high standards, reliable service delivery, and the development of her teams makes her a valued leader within the LUXXE organisation.
